In 2005, Dr. Dwight Bailey founded the Life Victory Institute® in Davenport, Iowa with a mission to develop families and young leaders with a focus on excellence and integrity. The company expanded to include the WINGS International Youth Leadership Project. Each pillar of the organizations supports the development of healthy families and youth leaders throughout the world. This is done primarily through large events and training programs across the United States and Canada, and through high-quality resources in the form of books, audio and DVD training kits, monthly mentoring subscriptions, and small group curriculums.
