We love working with people and organisations who are full of bright ideas about creating social change, but need some support to be more strategic, become more sustainable or access new funding.We provide a mix of strategic consultancy, bid writing support, training and coaching. We've raised well in excess of £2million for a broad range of causes, with a strong track record in securing National Lottery funding, major capital appeals, and setting up fundraising programmes from scratch. We run regular fundraising training courses in partnership with the School for Social Entrepreneurs, the Small Charities Coalition, Anglia Ruskin University and others.We've been working in the charity sector for almost 15 years - and we like to think that our knowledge, skills and expertise shine through in everything we do.We were founded by Mike Zywina, who was previously Fundraising Manager and part of the senior leadership team at an international development charity in London. In this role, Mike came across many familiar challenges - the pressure to quickly replenish income in a tough funding climate, the need for a really focused fundraising strategy to make sense of the many opportunities and ideas out there, and the challenge of delivering results with a very limited budget, risk-averse Board and small supporter base.Lime Green Consulting was born in response to these challenges. We're the playing field for smaller charities and social enterprises, helping them to work smarter, raise more money and stand out from the crowd.We specialise in helping charities with an annual income of under £1million, but we've worked with tiny start-ups, large established charities and everyone in between.
