She enjoys travelling around the world and she has lived in five different countries across Europe and Asia, as well as in Canberra, Australia. Today, Kate is the Head of Investment Compliance Advisory at M&G in London. Between 2017 and 2020, Kate helped a boutique equity research firm in London to double in terms of revenue and staff by leading the legal and compliance team as well as advising on the strategic development of the business. As recognition of her achievements to date, Kate was awarded the Management Today's 35 Women Under 35 in 2019, shortlisted for the Women Sarah Wagner is a continuous learner with the ambition to drive change in business and society. Together with her two sisters she founded Here She Is, a podcast that features inspiring diversity leaders. Sarah studied and worked in seven countries in North America, Europe and Asia, before settling as project manager in Beijing, where she works towards harmonising ICT standards between Germany and China. Before, with two cum laude degrees in her bag, she acted as Senior Policy Manager in Europe's biggest tech trade association in Brussels.
