WHO ARE WE?We area grassroots group of volunteers that share a passion for Tennis and our Linden Hills Community! We are working in cooperation with our Linden Hills Neighborhood Council (a Minnesota 501c3 nonprofit) and with the support of the Minneapolis Park Board.WHERE ARE WE LOCATED?Linden Hills neighborhood is located South shores of Lake Calhoun and the West side of Lake Harriet in Southwest Minneapolis.WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?The tennis courts at Linden Hills Park are beyond repair and must be rebuilt. Due to longstanding budgets cuts, the Park Board has been unable to fund tennis court reconstruction for several years. In response, citizen groups across the city have taken it upon themselves to raise the money needed to keep their courts in play. Private dollars have paid for new courts at Pershing, Kenwood and Webber Parks. The Linden Hills tennis courts won't be rebuilt unless a citizen action group gets it done. Please, be a part of rebuilding this community asset and keep our courts in play. All donations are 100% tax deductible through our 501c3 neighborhood association.
