Link Education Professionals is a specialist provider of e-learning resources and training for students studying Psychology as part of the South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE), an internationally recognised secondary school qualification.Teachers of psychology are also supported by Link Education Professionals through various professional development courses in key areas of the curriculum such as:First Nations peoples.LGBTQI+ peoples.Trauma-informed practice. Professional development courses for teachers and students are delivered in both face to face and in online environments. Link Education Professionals was founded by Kate Cutts. Her vision is simple - to improve psychological literacy for all Australians. Kate holds a Master of Education, and has been a teacher of Psychology for 16 years. Her energy and enthusiasm for Psychology teaching has extended well beyond the high school classroom. Kate's leadership roles have included:Member of SACE Board Curriculum Leaders GroupA past co-editor of the student SASTA Psychology Study GuideCo-convener of the annual SASTA Psychology Summer Conference for teachers. Kate was also a lecturer at the University of Adelaide for 14 years, presenting the Psychology Curriculum and Methodology course and has liaised with the Australian Psychological Society (APS) on various matters of secondary level psychology education, including co-writing a National Curriculum Framework for Senior Psychology.Her commitment to psychology education and pre-service teachers has been recognised by the South Australian Science Teachers Association (SASTA) Award for Outstanding Senior Secondary Teacher and University of Adelaide, School of Education Outstanding Mentor Award.
