If the issue is not able to be resolved over the phone, we will send our technical staff to your premises to rectify. If your product needs to be replaced, we will have designated warranty stock at all times to ensure quick and easy replacement of all faulty items. This will ensure a warranty product will be replaced within 24 hours by our team, instead of waiting on the manufacture to do so. If an item is urgent we will deliver same day. On special projects we offer to deploy your Telephony peripheral equipment as part of our service. We will have our technical team on site to roll out the products on any projects, thus alleviating your team from this task. We have a policy that "Service will always be our Focus". Our staff are well trained in dealing with customers by way of listening to their requirement, understanding their needs, finding a solution and delivering within a 24 hour period. If a tailored solution needs further time, they are in constant contact with the customer giving regular updates, thus alleviating any issues before they arise. For clients who prefer only dealing with Management, our General Manager and Line Management have an Open Door policy and are always available to assist.
