Little Hearts Matter is the only national charity that provides support for families when their child has only half a heart. From the moment they are diagnosed, through surgery and into life at home, we are here to help families every step of the way. We offer one-to-one support, unbiased information on the condition and the attached lifestyle limitations and we run events for the children and their families so that they can meet others in a similar situation and feel less isolated. We also offer bereavement support to the families whose children sadly die.
