LOG OFF Movement Details
The LOG OFF movement is passionate about lowering social media's impact on mental health while teaching teenage users and their parents about how to navigate the vast inner-workings of life on social media. Our movement includes a podcast ("LOG OFF & Listen Up"), website, blog, digital challenge, tell your story page and wellbeing initiative. We are currently developing a character ed program and female empowerment initiative to further discuss how social media is affecting its adolescent users worldwide. LOG OFF is run by its four founders and two teen leadership groups, "the teen leadership council" and "monthly writers group". The groups are composed of over thirty teens representing over thirteen different countries.
