My name is Lauren Vargas. Over the past ten years, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across industries. While each of these projects have been different, one thing has been consistent: The key to success lies in enabling your employees to be Change Navigators. This past year, I created LSV Consulting to work with organizations who want to create and implement Change Management strategies that empower employees to accept the change, evolve, and embrace the new.
