My name is Lauren Vargas. Over the past ten years, I have had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects across industries. While each of these projects have been different, one thing has been consistent: The key to success lies in enabling your employees to be Change Navigators. This past year, I created LSV Consulting to work with organizations who want to create and implement Change Management strategies that empower employees to accept the change, evolve, and embrace the new. LSV Consulting specializes in providing high quality Change Management services, including: training development and delivery, communications planning and execution, and process improvement and design.
