Maatr Foundation is a non-governmental organization with the tag line – "राष्ट्र सर्वोपरि" which means "nation above all". This organization was started in 2017 with the aim to serve our motherland in every means possible. It is a charitable organisation set-up to render quality services to the society as a whole with diversified aims and objectives. It is determined to work upon each and every section of the society whether it is tackling their problems on ground zero, recreational activities, preservation work or meeting the ends of justice. The objectives of Maatr Foundation are - 1. Environment and wildlife protection.2. Religious, spiritual, cultural and national heritage preservation.3. Educational facilities and other livelihood services to the weaker section of society.4. Preservation and maintenance of orphanages and old-age homes.5. Medical-Aid, emergency services and other medical institutional facilities.6. Disaster relief and aiding the defence services.7. Legal Aid and legal services.8. Charitable aims and objects and such other objects as the time demands.There are 3 different ongoing projects for fulfilling the objectives namely – PUNYA – for aiding the specially abled people in their daily lifestyle as well as education. PYAAS – for preserving mother naturePRARAMBH - for spreading awareness in different fields through different seminars and workshopsApart from these projects it also has two youth centric events namely – VICHAAR – which is a national article writing competition andVOICE OF SOULS - Central India's First Open Mic for a cause It also has a dedicated Legal aid cell named NYAAY which provides almost no cost legal aid to the needy as well as conducts research work and internships in the field of law.
