Our brand, Aux Délices des Bois, took on a new life as we morphed from the wild mushroom and truffle business to our first branded product, Black Truffle Butter. It got out the starting gate with a sofi Gold for the Best NEW Product of the Year. Our line has grown with the times, with more Délices to pack a punch into dairy shelves and daily menus.
