We are a French-American, independent small press dedicated to facilitating the constant dialogue that exists between the visual, literary, and performative arts. Our semi-annual mook (magazine / book), POST(blank) is our main forum for this dialogue. Through POST(blank), we curate submissions under a common theme to present the different ways they communicate the nuances of that theme. And our launch events for each issue invites the physically performative to present the third dimension of the theme's exploration.We also publish books that bridge the visual and the literary in interesting and surprising ways. Our books can be found on our website.We believe that art is a legitimate way of understanding people, the world, and the nature of the universe, and so deserves more serious consideration and scrutiny. When looked at by themselves, all pieces of art present only small slivers of existence. When seen as a larger puzzle or conversation, art becomes a discipline as important and complex as philosophy or the sciences.
