REGULAR WEEKLY WELLBEING SESSIONS Anchored to a core curriculum designed to drive enduring learning outcomes that materially impact the daily lives of participants, these sessions systematically teach participants key tools to increase Self Awareness, Self Regulation, Social Awareness and improve their Relationships.
