M.A.D. Mindworks makes the tools of mindfulness, positive psychology and yoga accessible to busy professionals and stressed out students through a range of carefully structured wellbeing programs. Programs are designed to adapt to your school or work day and environment with no need to change clothes. Take home practice aids and learning support tools are provided as part of our programs to facilitate and embed behaviour change along with a regular Insights Report that enables you to see where and how the programs are benefiting participants and the organisation in relation to they; Physical Health & Vitality, Mental Health & Focus, Self Awareness, Self Management, Social Awareness and relationship Management.. REGULAR WEEKLY WELLBEING SESSIONS Anchored to a core curriculum designed to drive enduring learning outcomes that materially impact the daily lives of participants, these sessions systematically teach participants key tools to increase Self Awareness, Self Regulation, Social Awareness and improve their Relationships. FINDING FOCUS WORKSHOPS Our highly experiential workshops enable participants to experience key techniques and unpack the science behind them to explore how and why they work in order to meaningfully adapt them back into the day job or school day.
