Major League Bocce is a recreational, social sports league that provides a unique weeknight entertainment outlet to young professionals throughout the country. Currently operating in 10 U.S. cities, this expanding social sports league registered roughly 12,000 players in 2015. Major League Bocce first started out as the DC Bocce League in 2004. What began as a casual social outlet among friends quickly grew into a multi-divisional league with locations throughout the DC-metropolitan area. In 2009, the four operating partners decided to explore expanding outside DC, which resulted in the creation of Major League Bocce LLC. In 2011, the company launched its first expansion in Philadelphia. From 2011 to 2014, the company added 8 additional cities to it's portfolio.
