Julia's practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is both evidence based and proven to be effective in clinical trials. She also integrates Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills, psychodynamic principles, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
