A charity for pupils with Special Educational Needs and Looked After Children on Teesside - aiming to improve discernible skills and further job prospects.In order to achieve our goals we raise a mixture of time and money from businesses in the North East of England.Our income remains under £5,000 per annum and as such we are not registered with the charity commission, although our accounts and constitution remain available to stakeholders upon request.Our board and a note of each member's occupation outside of the charity is made up as follows:-Steve Gordon - Founder & CEO/Founder of MIFB Advisory LLPSam Reeve - Director & Trustee/Political ResearcherHelen Gordon - Director & Trustee/Training Professional specialising in SENAlan Chapman - Director & Trustee/Headteacher of SEN schoolChris Church - Director & Trustee/MD Windcrew WorkboatsThere are no salaries or expenses payable to any directors or staff.
