MAMUT human capital management (Pty) Ltd was born from the need of a normal employer like yourself to establish an effective and efficient HR Management System.Due to challenges (well in those days we saw it as "constraints") caused by ever changing Labour Legislation, it however became clear to us that if we were not to successfully manage our personnel, we would fail in ensuring Productivity, Profitability and Growth of the company.Initially the only vision we had was to, as quickly as possible, implement someone else's HR system in our company and just continue working. This however resulted in our own demise because one cannot provide a specialised product/service, but use another's instruments and tools to ensure that you provide the same service more effectively.From our recourse to correct our errors we appointed specialists to successfully evaluate our company's need, do research, develop and implement a Human Capital Management System (hereinafter "HCMS") with the primary aim to ensure that we can just focus on Productivity, Profit and Growth while the HCMS manages our "constraints".We were successful!
