Maniams is a firm that has been established by a group of business professionals with a deep desire to make a significant impact on society. We focus on delivering professional services to our clients. Our aspiration is to make an impact on society through our innovative business model. We have a full time client account management and project management team. However our projects are executed by women who work from home or from our offices with complete flexibility on their working hours.\\ We believe that there is vast untapped talent in women who are not employed today in the workforce. The reason for unemployment could be personal constraints (desire to take care of children, location,family constraints etc..) Sometimes they are disadvantaged to get a job because of a long career break.
