However our projects are executed by women who work from home or from our offices with complete flexibility on their working hours.\\ We believe that there is vast untapped talent in women who are not employed today in the workforce. The reason for unemployment could be personal constraints (desire to take care of children, location,family constraints etc..) Sometimes they are disadvantaged to get a job because of a long career break.
