I am an experienced HR Senior Leader with a broad base of HR expertise, with a deep specialisation in all aspects of Performance & Reward. Additionally I have extensive experience in both strategy development and implementation of HR Information Systems, HR Programme Management and HR Operating Models. My vision is to provide bespoke, customised strategies and solutions that support the your organisations unique culture and values, as part of your People Strategy. My experience is real world with in house development and delivery in a variety of companies and public sector organisations in New Zealand, Australia and the UK. I don't subscribe to a "one size fits all" template consultancy approach. I want to partner to develop something unique. No job too big or small - you decide how much of my support you require.I will consider pro-bono work for charities and not-for-profit organisations - please get in touch.Personal Experience:~ Managing large (30+) multi-site teams both within New Zealand and Trans-Tasman.~ Significant exposure to Board's and Executive Teams, working directly with CEO's in an advisory capacity.~ Practical experience in Executive & Board Remuneration, Incentives (both LTI and STI), Commission Schemes and Remuneration Frameworks.~ Experience in acquisitions and strategic transformation change projects.~ A passion for human centred design, technology enablement and coaching for performance.
