I am an experienced HR Senior Leader with a broad base of HR expertise, with a deep specialisation in all aspects of Performance & Reward. Additionally I have extensive experience in both strategy development and implementation of HR Information Systems, HR Programme Management and HR Operating Models. My vision is to provide bespoke, customised strategies and solutions that support the your organisations unique culture and values, as part of your People Strategy. My experience is real world with in house development and delivery in a variety of companies and public sector organisations in New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
