Ayurveda is the 8000 year old health-practive from India. Ayur-veda means wisdom of life. Like every other health institution, Ayurveda says disease emerges from a disbalans in the body. There's several ways to restore balans in mind and body: massage, plant-medicine, fysical practice, mediation, yoga, detoxing and more. In my practice I work wth massage, meditation and mindfulness to support you finding your balance. At this moment I offer a ful body massage, where both your front and back will be massaged and a facial massage including head, neck, upperside back, hands and arms. Every tuesday night you can join me for meditation for free (or donation) and every other month there'll be a new mindfulnesstraining for you to join. It'll last 8 weeks and will be together with 3-4 other trainees. It is my desire to learn everyone who came by my practice how they can bring themself at ease and distinguish perception from reality. Whether it's via meditation, cognitive therapy or massage. You are in control over your thoughts, emotions and body. Though sometimes you need a hand with that.
