Ayurveda is the 8000 year old health-practive from India. Ayur-veda means wisdom of life. Like every other health institution, Ayurveda says disease emerges from a disbalans in the body. There's several ways to restore balans in mind and body: massage, plant-medicine, fysical practice, mediation, yoga, detoxing and more. In my practice I work wth massage, meditation and mindfulness to support you finding your balance. At this moment I offer a ful body massage, where both your front and back will be massaged and a facial massage including head, neck, upperside back, hands and arms. Every tuesday night you can join me for meditation for free (or donation) and every other month there'll be a new mindfulnesstraining for you to join. It'll last 8 weeks and will be together with 3-4 other trainees. It is my desire to learn everyone who came by my practice how they can bring themself at ease and distinguish perception from reality.
