Clare has six years intensive clinical research experience. From a coordinator to leader of a rare disease research consortium, Clare has worked on trials of all types and sizes. She specializes in Rare Disease research with a focus on trial logistics when recruitment is a concern. Clare is Director of Operations for the United States Thrombotic Microangiopathy Alliance and the Integrity and Compliance officer for a Central Ohio Health system. Clare was a Lead Research Coordinator for the Benign Hematology Department at Ohio State University, often achieving top or first enrollment in the most complex trials. In each of these roles she was responsible for solving logistical complexities as well ensuring high quality data is recorded. Clare has coordinated clinical trial implementation at over 20 sites within the United States. Clare was responsible for contract negotiations, billing compliance auditing, data management, regulatory start up and monitoring. Clare has served on multiple advisory boards for pharmaceutical clinical trials for study design. Her experience makes her uniquely adept at protocol design and implementation. Clare holds a Master of Science in Pharmacology and a Masters of Applied Clinical and Preclinical Research. Clare is a Certified Clinical Research Professional through SOCRA as well as a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative through HFMA. Clare has a strong background in research design and understands the needs of staff at a site all the way to the needs of a sponsor. Clare excels in unique trials that require professionals with a breadth of research knowledge.
