It has extremely robust filtering capabilities, whereby users can create customized peer groups using numerous dimensions. For instance, you could compare your district or building with others of similar free and reduced lunch student percentages, similar size student populations, similar ACT scores, etc. The possibilities for data analysis are endless, and the entire platform is web based, so no software is required. All data is preloaded, so just a user name and password are all you need to access thousands of data points for every district in your state. Lastly, all information is downloadable, so you can simply copy both the graphs and charts, or extract any data directly into a spreadsheet for your own analysis.
