Matraea believes every woman and her family deserves a safe and beautiful birth experience.Our herbal tea line consists of 6 teas: 4 pregnancy and 2 postpartum. All of our teas are certified organic and caffeine free, formulated to support the well-being of expecting and nursing mothers in the best way possible. Our labour and birth kits have everything the midwife needs! These kits makes preparing to birth at home easier, as they include all the required supplies. They can also be used in a hospital or birthing centre environment. The Joyful Labour Essentials Kit is designed to meet the needs of the labouring mama so she feels strengthened and supported.While the Peaceful Postpartum Essentials kit is designed to help mama adjust and recover after childbirth. Homeopathic Arnica is included as it helps to reduce tissue trauma and swelling—very common after birthing. Last but certainly not least we have the natural body care line which includes a Belly Butter rich in shea and cocoa butter, a Better Baby Cream designed with cloth diapers in mind, and a Nipple Fix that is made entirely of plant based ingredients making it edible and food grade for baby but still creamy and soft enough to offer comfort and protection to cracked and sore nipples.
