But this is not new news, the question is how else would you resolve this besides several expensive courses and team building events which end up being forgotten few days later? MAXIMYZ is what stands between you and your success in improved communication. MAXIMYZ uses measurable gamification to maximize retention and improve communication. Managers get to choose different areas of communication training; Psychological Safety, Personality Discovery or Diversity and Inclusion. Team members then get to play brain challenging games with each other, putting into practice what they have learnt and discovering better ways of communicating with each member. The founders of MAXIMYZ have over 33 years of combined experience in the engineering and design fields, but their passion was escape rooms. So shortly after meeting each other they opened and operated an escape room business and were able to witness many instances of team dynamics and communication. Being the ultimate diverse couple, coming from different cultures, religion, generation, gender and race, the owners understood the strengths of differences and how this made the couple stronger and have therefore a first hand understanding of the need for effective communication.
