The founders of MAXIMYZ have over 33 years of combined experience in the engineering and design fields, but their passion was escape rooms. So shortly after meeting each other they opened and operated an escape room business and were able to witness many instances of team dynamics and communication. Being the ultimate diverse couple, coming from different cultures, religion, generation, gender and race, the owners understood the strengths of differences and how this made the couple stronger and have therefore a first hand understanding of the need for effective communication.
