The Office of Leadership in Community and International Initiatives (LCII) is committed to providing all the stakeholders in education with an up to date cutting edge program of professional development that links research, theory and practice. Throughout the school year, the office arranges professional development seminars at the McGill Faculty Club that allows participants to develop their soft and hard skills while networking with the other members of the educational community The mandate of the office of LCII is to optimize existing and foster new possibilities for collaborations and partnerships including academic program delivery, community-based research activities, professional development-related research activities, professional training seminars and workshops.
