Nonprofit Organization Management - Accra, Greater Accra Region, Ghana
Media Center for Social Justice is an independent, non partisan Ghanaian based non-profit media organization dedicated to the promotion of free, fair, just, informed and developed individuals and society where governance institutions and their leaders are held accountable and responsible for their actions and inactions. As a non-partisan media group, we work across the political spectrum and deny partisan polarization of public wrongdoing. Our purpose is to advance the dignity and legitimate interest of Ghanaian individuals and society, and we do not discriminate against any group, institution or individuals regardless of religion, race, gender, believes, sexual orientation, or moral standing. We achieve our aims by working with an extensive network of media, governance and environment practitioners and other experts who share our ideals. Our ideals are based on the principles of the rights and responsibilities of all citizens as guaranteed by Ghanaian and international laws, and the accountability/integrity of governance institutions within the laws of Ghana and elsewhere. Our approach includes investigative Journalism, research and dissemination, extensive publicity, advocacy, public interest litigation and capacity building.
