Mediation Works is a mediation consultancy working with couples who are separating or divorcing. As skilled mediators we are able to facilitate conversations and help the parties to come to agreements on all areas including property and finance and matters relating to any children of the relationship. We are able to be creative with options for resolution as well as ensuring that they are in the boundaries of what a court would order. Our role compliments that of your solicitor but is quicker, more cost effective and less stressful than litigating the issues. We also see people who just need part mediation in terms of some agreements have been made or simply cannot be reached without the intervention of the court. We aim to leave parties with agreements that are then documented and can be taken to their respective solicitors and turned into a Consent Order.
