Our company specializes in the negotiation of Land Claim and Self-Government Agreements, Implementation Plans and Financial Transfer Agreements, policy development and governance support for First Nations, particularly those on the path to Self-Government. In that capacity we have represented many of the Self-Governing First Nations in Canada, including work with several First Nations in British Columbia. We are currently engaged in fiscal negotiations on behalf of Carcross/Tagish First Nation and the Tlicho Government and Agreement in Principle negotiations for the Stó:lō Nation with respect to their fiscal and tax chapters.
