Mellelo Coffee Roasters is a small batch coffee roasting company in Southern Oregon that has been in business for 29 years. Mellelo is committed to offering our customers the finest espresso and gourmet coffee available by roasting only select Arabica coffee beans. All our coffees are custom roasted in small batches in our iron drum Probat machine 4 days a week. We offer over 20 varieties of roasts, several certified organic, all with unique characteristics and full of flavor. We believe that the quality of our service is just as important as the quality of our fine coffees. Mellelo's goal is to exceed our customer's expectation by consistently providing prompt, friendly and accurate service.
