She has worked for some of the biggest brands in Australia and New Zealand such as Jetstar, Smiggle, Kathmandu, Forever New, Quiksilver and Telstra - and gets results!It started with an idea... actually a rant. Why is there such a skills shortage in digital in Australia and New Zealand and what can we do about it? The answer for Nicola was to find a way to be able to influence more brands and reach their teams. She'd had great success building high performing teams achieving significant digital growth from inside businesses, but not everyone can afford to hire a full-time GM or Head of Digital, and even if they could, where would they hire them from? And so Meraki Digital was born... We exist to help your business and your team grow. We work on both short and long term engagements, providing a wide range of digital services.
