Review subcontractor pricing and award subcontractor/supplier purchase orders Develop and maintain the construction schedule and coordinate same with the field staff Maintained RFIs, submittals, logs, and COs for individual projects Submit monthly AIA payments to owners and review and approve subcontractor payments Coordinate close-out documents with field and office staff for each project Coordinate punch list and final inspection for each project Full cycle Project management
