Mercury One would: Negotiate the purchase of land Review project estimates with estimators, submit final bid to funding source Review project costs and establish project budget and schedule Coordinate permit acquisition for each project Interact with Governmental and Individual Agencies in Pennsylvania Obtain variances, zoning, permits, and licenses. Review subcontractor pricing and award subcontractor/supplier purchase orders Develop and maintain the construction schedule and coordinate same with the field staff Maintained RFIs, submittals, logs, and COs for individual projects Submit monthly AIA payments to owners and review and approve subcontractor payments Coordinate close-out documents with field and office staff for each project Coordinate punch list and final inspection for each project Full cycle Project management
