Our managed services deliver automated metadata solutions for the leading entertainment service providers in the UK.Our sole focus is on processing and enriching broadcast and on demand metadata. Our cloud based SaaS platform aggregates, matches and normalizes multiple sources of linear and on demand metadata. Content enrichment is key for discovery for our clients and we use a variety of third party sources to enrich the metadata to help inform millions of viewers. Whilst we are primarily a software business we also have an editorial team who support our content enrichment process. We do this exclusively in the cloud, solely as a SaaS platform run to standard SLAs, and we actively develop the platform such that all customers benefit from the advances others require. We do this with a small, dedicated team where everyone makes things and everyone is supporting customers and such, by extension, millions of end users and devices. Innovation is at our heart and we were proud recipients of the IBC Innovation Award for the first XBOX integration of a VoD proposition. Our SaaS services are underpinned by our service led culture that provides support to our customers. We have been delivering our metadata solutions in the UK for over 13 years and our customers are typically broadcasters, TV platforms, telecoms, VOD providers and market research providers in the UK and abroad.
