The mission of the Miami Collaborative is to provide South Floridianswith responsive psychological and human service interventions thatpromote holistic mental health and social well-being. Our vision is to provide comprehensive care. We specialize in service provision to teenagers/adolescents and adults who suffer from depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and related disorders. Our clients are adults and teenagers/adolescents who experience the following types of symptoms, which sometimes vary and change over time:• Feelings of sadness, hopelessness, pessimism, and negativity• Feelings that life has/is 'passing you by' • Panic Attacks• Low self esteem• Anxious feelings• Substance or alcohol use to cope with stress or feelings • Feeling Irritable• Fear of being alone• Social isolation (for example, you don't want to talk to your families and friends)• Physical pain• Thoughts about death or suicide• Poor concentration, memory or attention• Loss of interest in things and activities that used to make you happy• Persistent sad, anxious, or "empty" mood• Feelings of guilt, worthlessness, and helplessnessPlease join us!
