Executive Chef Michael, the dedicated owner and chef of Michael's Event Catering, was born in southern New Jersey and has been cooking for over 8 years. He received an Associates degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales University. Michael has also worked for various esteemed catering and banquet companies. After studying and traveling extensively, Michael decided to open his own business committed to taking care of the one thing that all of the other companies forget about: the customer. Together we combine expert planning and service to make your event memorable, relaxing, and just as incredible as the food itself. We also offer a variety of handmade fruit centerpieces, fresh baked goods, and decadent chocolate creations. We can work with you to help you stay within your budget.
