Since then, we have explored the depths of this practice, resulting in Microdosing.nl - until now, the ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐ฏ๐ข๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐๐ก ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ and community platform on microdosing.We find it important to approach all aspects of microdosing with a healthy dose of sobriety. Although it has many exciting benefits for many humans such as increased focus, flow, energy, and creativity, microdosing isn't a miracle cure. However, with a mindful approach, microdosing often offers an extra layer of awareness and presence to your day-to-day life. This allows you to gain fresh perspective on your habits, needs, lifestyle, relationships, emotional triggers, and responses.We are committed to supporting research efforts on the practice of microdosing.
