Since then, we have explored the depths of this practice, resulting in Microdosing.nl - until now, the 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 𝐃𝐮𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐰𝐞𝐛𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞 and community platform on microdosing.We find it important to approach all aspects of microdosing with a healthy dose of sobriety. Although it has many exciting benefits for many humans such as increased focus, flow, energy, and creativity, microdosing isn't a miracle cure. However, with a mindful approach, microdosing often offers an extra layer of awareness and presence to your day-to-day life. This allows you to gain fresh perspective on your habits, needs, lifestyle, relationships, emotional triggers, and responses.We are committed to supporting research efforts on the practice of microdosing. As our community has grown and we have witnessed 𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 from the practice shared with us, it has solidified our mission to build a bridge between the science, the experts, the experienced and society at large, so that psychedelics can be used safely and effectively for therapeutic purposes, sense-making, and better wellbeing.
