Moreton Bay Regional Council established Millovate Pty Ltd in late 2020 as a wholly owned commercial entity, overseen by an Independent Board of Directors.Millovate is responsible for the successful development and activation of The Mill at Moreton Bay, which comprises 65 hectares of developable land surrounded by 110 hectares of high value koala habitat. Our Mission is to create a place that enables our community and businesses to thrive and grow. Millovate is seeking interest from private investors help shape the future of the project.
