We desire to help contestants sharpen their skills in health, fitness, beauty, poise and personal interview. Many contestants say they enjoy the entire pageant experience no matter the outcome of the results.Miss LSU-USA is judged based on the USA pageant system; meaning each competition is worth the same amount and there is no talent competition. Contestants will be judged in four equal categories – Personal Interview, Swimsuit, Evening Gown and an On-Stage Question. We select judges throughout the Southern region of Louisiana. Judges can include celebrities, business professionals, and distinguished LSU alumni! There will be a total of five judges. In addition to crowning our Miss LSU- USA, we award winners for the categories of Miss Congeniality, Miss Photogenic, My Miss LSU (audience/social media favorite), Swimwear, Evening Gown, and Interview.
