Mission: FIT specializes in personal training for individuals, small groups and outdoor bootcamp classes to help clients achieve their fitness goals without the pressure and crowds of a gym. We help clients turn excuses into motivation to achieve what they never thought possible. We incorporate bodyweight, free weights, BOSU, TRX suspension, cables, kettlebells, resistance bands to into training sessions and classes but you never know what you're going to get. Each session / class is a unique experience and will keep your body challenged.
