In 2015, a group of individuals passionate about the music industry came together to organize hackathon-style contests for music producers. To this date, we have launched multiple online events reaching over 60 countries around the world as well as live popups in the San Francisco bay area. In 2018, we graduated from Y Combinator Startup School and asked ourselves how we could scale to reach more music producers to help them learn new skills, meet others in the field, and accelerate their artistic development.With this passion at heart, we created Mixathon48: an innovative approach designed to push music producers to the limit and connect them with musicians around the world.Our team brings together talent from the music and tech industries, and we are incredibly excited to make and share music together.
