MJA Consulting Services is the label or banner under which Dr. MJ Arul offers a variety of training programmes and workshops, whose duration varies from half a day (4 to 5 hours) to one day to two days to three full days -- dependent on the width and depth of coverage desired. These programmes are designed and executed for personal, executive or managerial effectiveness. Dr. Arul has a master's degree in Psychology, followed by a PhD. Having been mentored by Dr. Will Schutz (whose revised theory of FIRO and the instruments based on it form the basis of the human-element workshops in over 17 countries), Dr. Arul is also a Licensed Human Element Practitioner (LHEP).
