A community focused, working in partnership with a wide range of diverse organizations, businesses, government and a skilled and confident workforce, to strive for excellence in meeting the needs of the "Total Person", body, mind and spirit through the provision of supportive, effective programmes and conservation activities.Youth development is about broadening young people's horizons, raising their expectations and aspirations, connecting them to more positive settings and so forth. Programmes have an important role to play in the current economy by keeping young people involved in activities that will facilitate their return, or move into employment as the economy improves and is better-placed to accept them, and providing opportunities to be involved with pro-social adults and peers, to participate and exert influence, to contribute and attachments to settings that have those characteristics will enable young people to continue to grow, and lead a positive lives beyond.Our focus is on building strength, carrying out semi-formal or formanl assesment in order to identify issues and potential problems, and we also believe that art, music and drama activities are considered to challenge and stretch youngstars, and they require them to work as a team and encourage open mindedness and creativity we believe in offering young people effective programmes that are well planned with activities deliberately designed to progressively build on existing skills and compentensies, with high aspirations for and expectations of young people.Activities we provide prepares young people for work placements and enable them to try out different vocational options before committing to carreer-specific training or more permanent employment, and we also engage them through voluntary activities by providing them opportunities to experience what is like to contribute in some way to their community.
