For 6 generations, we have been dedicating to the vinification of Moscato grapes and, since 1998 until today, we have been specializing in the exclusive production of Moscato through innovative vinification techniques, such as the refining Method in Amphora, legacy from Ancient Romans, and the ancient canvas filtration Method.We work our vineyards in the respect of nature and man, this is why we have adopted several initiatives for eco-sustainability:✅ We exclusively use natural substances✅ We fight harmful parasites by using natural fungi✅ We use the sexual confusion technique to avoid the prolification of harmful insects without completely killing them✅ We are investing to reduce the use of fuel in the vineyards tractors by 60%✅ Our electrical energy is 100% produced by certified renewable energy sources Our winery is a creative laboratory where inspiration is deeply rooted in history.
