Established in July 2010, we have a Simple Goal: "To Help Organisations Harness Their Human Capital." Since 2010 we have helped organisations to secure over $5 million of government funding to support their training, learning & development. Principal Consultant for Montague Consulting, Ian Montague has successfully created, implemented and managed workforce development solutions for over 20 years. Montague Consulting knows how to link organisational outcomes to competency based training and, most importantly, how to navigate and translate the array of government funding opportunities. We also provide general consultancy services around vocational education and training issues like strategic planning, facilitation and report writing. We also assistance individuals wanting to build the qualification profile. Funds we have secured include New Entrant Traineeships, Existing Worker Traineeships, Productivity Places Program, Experience Plus, National Workforce Development Fund, VET Revenue General (state public funding) and Skills Queensland's Strategic Investment Fund.
